2. About AthleteThread
AthleteThread provides tools that help coaches organize athlete information, coaching notes, lesson recaps, development plans, and related coaching information.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and use AthleteThread only for lawful purposes.
4. Athlete Information
Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission to enter, store, or use athlete information within AthleteThread, including information relating to minors when applicable.
5. AI-Generated Content
AthleteThread may use artificial intelligence to help generate coaching recaps, recommendations, plans, or other content. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed by the coach before it is relied upon or shared.
6. Coaching and Medical Disclaimer
AthleteThread is a coaching organization tool and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Coaches remain responsible for their own coaching decisions and for determining whether recommendations are appropriate for an athlete.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse AthleteThread, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's information, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
8. Service Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of AthleteThread as the service develops. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or error.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AthleteThread and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
